Ashlee L. Neves • Criminal Law

Ashlee Neves is a dedicated attorney with a strong background in criminal law and trial advocacy. Originally from Huntsville, Utah, Ashlee earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Utah State University in 2017, before pursuing her law degree at the University of Wyoming, graduating in 2020.

Following her graduation, Ashlee moved to North Pole, Alaska, where she had the privilege of clerking for Superior Court Judge Earl A. Peterson in Fairbanks for two years. In the fall of 2022, Ashlee relocated back to Wyoming with her husband and joined the Natrona County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney. In this role, she successfully prosecuted hundreds of cases, honing her litigation skills and achieving favorable verdicts in both bench and jury trials.

In January 2025, Ashlee joined The Fuller and Semerad Law Firm, where she focuses on criminal defense, post-conviction relief, including expungements, restoration of rights, termination of sex offender registration, and lifetime ignition interlock removal.

Ashlee enjoys spending time with her family and being a part-time “ranch wife” at the family ranch in the Big Horn Basin. She is also passionate about outdoor activities, including hiking, camping, and fishing, and enjoys baking.
