Paralegal | Firm Administrator | Bookkeeper

Argeri Layton joined The Fuller & Semerad Law Firm in 2010 as a Paralegal under Senior Partner Donald Fuller. Over time, she expanded her role to include Bookkeeper and Firm Administrator, where she now oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations.

While Argeri is dedicated to optimizing internal processes and improving overall firm efficiency, her top priority is ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. She’s committed to keeping the firm running smoothly while supporting its growth, and she plays an active role in training and hiring to help build a strong, successful team.

Argeri takes a proactive, client-focused approach—always seeking to address client needs and concerns. Her goal is to offer personalized, attentive service that helps clients feel heard and valued. By fostering these relationships, Argeri helps create lasting trust and loyalty, which are key to the firm’s ongoing success. Her dedication to excellence in customer service is a cornerstone of the firm’s reputation for reliability and professionalism.

A lifelong learner, Argeri is always looking to grow—particularly in areas like trial strategy. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling with her family, researching her family history, and spending quality time with her grandchildren.

Argeri holds an Associate of Business (A.B.) Degree in Accounting from Casper College and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance from the University of Denver.

Legal Assistant

Lindsey Vega is a dedicated Legal Assistant at The Fuller & Semerad Law Firm, supporting Managing Partner Ryan Semerad and Associate Attorney Ashlee Neves. She began her journey with the firm in 2015 as a receptionist and, through hard work and passion for client service, advanced to her current role.

Originally from California, Lindsey has lived in nine different states, giving her a broad perspective and adaptability that she brings to her work. She loves connecting with clients and guiding them through their legal matters with care and understanding.



Outside of work, Lindsey cherishes time with her three children and two beloved fur-babies. She has a deep love for animals, the outdoors, and the ocean. An adventurer at heart, she enjoys exploring new experiences and making lasting memories with her family.

Legal Assistant

Stephanie Scherck was born and raised in Casper. Stephanie has always had a deep appreciation for the outdoors. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration along with an Associate of Applied Science, providing her with a strong foundation in organization, client relations, and legal support.

As a dedicated assistant to family law attorney Lindsey Hunt at Fuller & Semerad, LLC, Stephanie plays a crucial role in guiding clients through some of life’s most challenging moments. Her attention to detail, empathy, and commitment to excellence provide invaluable support to both clients and the firm, ensuring a smooth and compassionate legal experience.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time outdoors, especially camping with her family and embracing new adventures. A devoted animal lover, she shares her home with a spirited trio—her Siberian Husky, a loving pit bull mix, and a playful Bengal cat. Her love for animals and the great outdoors reflects her adventurous and caring spirit.

Receptionist

Kate Rice has been an integral part of the Fuller & Semerad Law Firm since 2022, serving as the Receptionist and Administrative Assistant. With a background in retail and media, she brings strong communication skills and a keen ability to interact effectively with clients and courts. She takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for clients and ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly. As the firm continues to grow, Kate is excited to evolve alongside it and contribute to its ongoing success.

Outside of her professional role, Kate is an avid reader and enjoys unwinding with her favorite television shows. She treasures quality time with friends—especially when pets are involved—and is a passionate writer, spending late nights working on her Great American Novel, which she hopes to complete someday.

Kate’s diverse background, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence make her a vital member of The Fuller & Semerad Law Firm team. Her dedication to both clients and colleagues helps foster a positive and professional atmosphere within the firm.
